1894 Baltimore Orioles

In 1894, the Baltimore Orioles won the first of three consecutive championships (nearly a decade prior to the first World Series). The team had seven future baseball Hall-of-Fame players. The Baltimore Orioles franchise would move to New York to become the Highlanders, and in 1920 changed their name to the New York Yankees.
