1932 Cub ink blob and ball

In the 1929 World Series won by the Philadelphia Athletics, only one game was played at Wrigley Field in Chicago. As such, vendors might have had surplus inventory of their 1929 pin (see pin #115). This pin features an ink blob placed over the previous time they tried to sell this pin. It was applied by hand, and is the same color of paint as the ink on the original pin.
